OUR APPROACH
Eddy Joseph, Jeannie Joseph and Patricio Livingstone set The FoCi Foundation program and grant-making priorities; then, the three program areas (US, Global Development & Special Programs) devise strategies to meet those goals.
To create these strategies, we have adapted a set of processes that help us decide how to spend our time, effort, and money to accomplish our goals for as many people as possible. Together, these processes form a continuous cycle with four stages, each of which leads to the next in an ongoing feedback loop: develop strategy, execute, measure and review/adjust.
This cycle is evolving and improving as we get better at learning from our programs, grantees and partners. And we are committed to reporting what we are learning at key stages of the grant-making process.
